Charcoal and clay

During today´s session I have done the next drawing. As you can see it is a branch drawn with charcoal and followed by some green little dabs:

About my feelings, I can say that at this time we have done different great activities that I will keep them in mind for my teacher profile. However,  I can say that the activity we have done with clay is the greatest one for me, due to the fact that I get identify with it and because I think that children must enjoy a lot while they are  working  with.

While I was looking to the clays dry ball I realize that I have a close relation with it. Which is the relation he is speaking about?  I can say that I am a suspicious person. Because of this reason, I have like a shield throughout my body. That means that I am a reserve person and only few people know me how I am.

As well as the clays dry ball needs water to be mould I need confidence people around me, who shows me sureness to be open-minded.

Moreover, the material is easy to use and it is helpful for the pupils. Bearing in mind that every child can use clay. This can be the starting point, because I think that for pre-school children it can be a fantastic option to start working with different natural materials, for example: wood, charcoal, clay, mud, leafs...

Those material can be roll, mould, pinch, hit and with them, our smaller have a gratifying sensation.
The next web page is a useful tool that speaks about  Early Childhood modelling activities ``: http://everydaylife.globalpost.com/early-childhood-modeling-clay-activities-7041.html

Finally,  I place the next creation. The material that I have use is clay and it is a ``copy´´ of Ghent´s cathedral.
